Last updated: April 1, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TinSuite (“the Service”, “we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TinSuite provides cloud-based accounting, invoicing, banking, tax, and related financial software for small businesses. Features may be added, modified, or removed at our discretion.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All fees are in USD unless otherwise specified. You may cancel anytime; your service continues until the end of the paid period. We do not issue refunds for partial months.

5. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required. At the end of the trial, you may continue on the Free plan or upgrade.

6. Your Data

You retain all rights to data you upload. We store and process it only to provide the Service. You may export or delete your data at any time. We never sell your data.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes; (b) attempt to breach security or access other users' data; (c) scrape or reverse engineer; (d) use the Service to distribute malware.

8. Third-Party Services

We integrate with third parties (Plaid, Stripe, Resend, partner lenders, etc.). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their actions or uptime.

9. Financial Products and Referrals

TinSuite displays financial product offers from third-party partners (credit cards, loans, factoring, etc.). We may earn referral fees when you apply through our links. Final approval, rates, and terms are set by the partner, not TinSuite. We are not a lender, bank, or credit bureau.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Financial reports and tax calculations are generated from data you provide; you are responsible for their accuracy when filing with authorities.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TinSuite's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may terminate anytime by canceling your subscription and deleting your account.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice at least 14 days in advance.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes shall be resolved in Delaware courts.
