Is this really free?
Yes. You can create unlimited invoices using the online generator without ever creating an account. We only ask for your email if you want a copy sent to you.
Can I add my logo?
In the free generator, your business name appears as a heading. To add a logo and custom colors, sign up for a TinSuite account (free) and use the branded invoice editor.
What format is the download?
PDF — same as Word/Google Docs templates. Print to PDF using your browser’s print dialog (Cmd/Ctrl + P) once the invoice opens in the new tab.
Does it work for international invoices?
Yes. We support USD, CAD, EUR, and GBP. The layout follows the standard expected by US, Canadian, UK and EU clients.
How is this different from QuickBooks or Xero?
