Why TinSuite?
Quote → Invoice in one click
When your client accepts the quote, TinSuite copies all the line items into a new invoice. No re-typing, no copy-paste errors.
Track when clients open and accept
Every quote you send via TinSuite shows when your client opened it, when they accepted, and how long they took to respond.
Approval workflow for the bigger jobs
For multi-stakeholder approvals, TinSuite captures e-signatures and routes approvals through a chain — like DocuSign without the $25/mo fee.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between a quote, estimate, and proposal?
In practice, "quote" and "estimate" are interchangeable for most service businesses. A "proposal" usually adds narrative content (scope, deliverables, terms) — TinSuite supports both layouts.
How long should a quote stay valid?
Industry standard is 30 days. TinSuite defaults to 30 days but you can set anything from 7 days to 6 months on each quote.
Can my client accept the quote online?
Yes — they receive a secure link, click "Accept", and we automatically generate the invoice. No login required for them.
Can I add taxes and discounts to a quote?
Yes. Same line-item editor as invoices — set quantity, rate, and apply percentage discounts or fixed-amount tax overrides.
Is the free version watermarked?
Quotes generated via the free public tool include a small "Created with TinSuite" footer link. Sign up (free) to remove it and add your logo.
